Guilt's Ignorance.

Overcome with unwelcome emotion; a guilt seeps through the pit of my stomach, forcing thuds to ripple across my heart like a thousand drums. Every breath is one of knowledge, for a truth i cannot face. As I lie drained, recollecting the words over and over, the fears of their meaning or actions, there reveals no other solution but ignorance. Until I can understand or accept, I must forget.
